The joke among farmers and rabbis in the kosher industry is that a caesar's salad is a great source of protein. Infestation in fruits and vegetables has vexed the FDA and the kosher industry for decades. In addition, the realities change based on geographical location. The BVK is presently working hard to put together a custom list for local, as well as world-wide, kosher consumers.
